I have put together my fair share of self-assemble furniture over the years, and this was a well designed piece. The directions were clear and it took me, a near 60 year old woman, about 90 minutes to assemble myself. Be sure to lay out all the pieces as shown in the instructions and you should have no trouble. As one reviewer said, extra glue is a must. I did not make any errors but you will not have enough for the top with what is supplied. Manufacturer included a few extra parts but not enough glue tubes. One caution: directions do not show a front / back for the top and the holes look the same, but they are not; check it before putting glue into the top's holes otherwise dowels do not line up properly. Very sturdy when assembled. Quality finish and fit, especially adjustable doors. Looks great. Definitely highly recommend. And Amazon delivered FAST.

Was very pleased with the actual quality and size of this TV console. Great value for the price and holds our 46 inch LCD television easily. Does not however have to much storage but we are not ones for clutter so it works great for us. My husband assembled in 15 minutes with ease and we are extremely happy with the quality for the price.

Pretty typical for todays put-it-together furniture. The doors do not line up as well as I hoped but other than that it looks okay. Keeps the TV off the floor and holds some components and dvds. It does seem strong enough that the top won't bow.

I had an 18' one three summers ago and LOVED it! Set up was a little hard, however I was 16 years old at the time (and I'm a girl) and did it all by myself. You do need a big air pump and not a manual one or you will be pumping for days! Once I got the top ring filled up I put an inch of water in it and smoothed out the wrinkles the best I could, but seeing as how I was only 16 and doing it by myself I didn't get them all out, however what few wrinkles were still there didn't really matter. It took all night to fill, but by the next morning it's ready to go! DO get the maintanence starter kit and put the sun conditioner in it while its filling, then put chlorine in it that morning when its full, and shock it for the first time that week. Put chlorine in it every other day to keep it clean and run the filter for at least 4 hours a day. The vacume that comes with it is a total waste and doesn't work. I really had no problems keeping this pool clean, I just used the skimmer everytime I got in it to swim and went underwater with some goggles and got all the debris out with it (I'm a total neat freak)! DO use the cover as much as you possibly can, I recommend putting it on everynight and DEFINATELY when it rains, rainwater will make your water gross and you will have to work harder to clean it. It does take two people to put the cover on...it's REALLY hard to do by yourself, and it will rip if you pull it too hard. I did have trouble with the pump hose popping off once and it drained half my pool, but it was my fault. I didn't tighten the hoses to the pool enough... I used a penny to do it like on the video, but I highly recommend using a screw driver. After that I had no more problems. And the top ring will lose some air from the hot sun, but I easily kept it filled by physically putting air into it by blowing into it everyother day. My pool did end up growing algea b/c I went away on vaction and nobody would help me by putting the chlorine in it and they always forgot to run the filter pump, so I drained it and just left it there and we ended up draging it to the side of the road to be haulded off on garbage day...but if you keep chlorine in it and run the pump you shouldn't have any problems. As far as the ground being level, I recommend leveling it. I didn't level it the summer I had mine and one end was about 2'' deeper than the other side. It was still swimmable, but every now and then, when we would pull the cover off, one side would buckle and water would spill over the top and it took some effort to pull the ring back up (and a drinched outfit).
All-in-All this was a GREAT pool for the price(seeing as how we can't afford an inground). It is deep enough for aduts (at least three to four adults can tan at a time on rafts), and still shallow enough for the younger children. The maintanence can get annoying to keep up, but it is worth it not to have to drain your pool to rid it of algea. My brother had another baby and I'm taking care of my new nephew all summer, so we are going to invest in another one this year. We live in Lousiana and with the humidity and heat index it gets to 115 degrees in the summer, so we have to have a pool not to die of heat stoke (you know how babies love being outside)! However this year we are either going to concrete the pool area or get some dirt hauled to have it leveled.
I highly recommend this product if you take the time to keep it clean!!!!!!

We have had three of these INTEX Easy Set Up pools in the past five years. For safety reasons we decided to start with the small one and just last year our son was tall enough to move on to this great big wonder of a pool. We love it!!! It is true that it is not easy to set up but a nice BBQ and some pina coladas will surely bring in the help needed. All you really need is a little air pump to start the set up. It is heavy and it will not fill in a couple of hours so forget that; but after it is laid out you are all set...the pool appears the next morning, like magic! there are no complicated floor plans, no weird poles and there is just no way you can get it wrong. BUT, remember that you want to put the hoses away from the normal walking traffic path...it can be a serious safety issue with kids tripping or you might just mow the cord down while doing the grass. Keep this in mind if you decide to skip the set up video; most men don't "need to watch the video", HaHaHa! This pool is a really great investment. If you have a small yard, it is a keeper. You take the water out in the fall, leave it in place covered by a tarp and set up the trampoline right over it for fall fun. It is worth the heavy lifting and every penny.... your
kids will love it! Invest in a REAL filter if you decide to buy
a small one...the large ones come with a good filter but the small ones come with a joke of a filter, spare yourself hours of
cleaning by buying a good filter. Your time in the pool is better spent playing than cleaning, YUK! We loved this pool so much we have had three ... Each one a little bigger than the last; wonder if they'll come out with a six foot one>>> YIKES!

Intex 56904EB Review by

Calling it an "inflatable" pool undermines the actual product.

Very strong construction and the pump is impressive as well. Intex stresses placing the pool on a LEVEL surface and that can't be stressed enough. That's where you'll spend most of your set up time. Things went quickly after that. A compressor is best to inflate unless you want to pump for a while. Spread the bottom out while putting top ring and sides walls into the center. There was very little adjusting of the floor while filling by doing this. Screw on a couple of connectors manually and fill! It took about 12 hours with good water pressure to fill to 5600 gallons.

The vacuum included doesn't work well for fine "silt" dirt,(seeped out of the cheesecloth collection bag).

Pump maintanence is super easy. 5-10 minutes depending on how dirty!

This pool is well worth the money. Invest in a better vacuum if you are in a windy/dusty region.

wanted something space-saving and functional for family usage. Super happy i purchased this. my toddler can climb and run into it without getting hurt, we can all sit on top of it and she loves to sit on the smaller ottoman and use the big one as a table. and when we have guests, it's perfect to be able to flip the top over and use for apps and drinks. looks great as well!!

I have all of my photo albums, our games and a few other things in the storage part - and I keep the tray turned out for a coffee table. If you don't have a lot of room for a big coffee table and still want storage, this is the way to go. I love this!

I opened the box after it arrived, I was expecting a decent ottoman but was not prepared for what I saw. Completely gorgeous! What a deal at the price, I thought from the reviews it would be fairly cheap but it doesn't look it at all as well as I expected the sides to be fabric, which they are but I thought it would just be the inside of the fabric on the outside for walls, not so it has another layer inside covering the frame which I add is a much more durable frame than expected. This set far exceeds my expectations, it is completely gorgeous, don't hesitate to purchase. I almost got it without the small ottomans but to buy them separately would have been about $35 each so get this one, they come with it and you will kick yourself if you don't! This piece although I measured them out before buying was actually a little bigger than I thought which is awesome also. much more impressive and expensive looking when it arrives and you see it than in the pictures.

* about a week after receiving this set one of the small ottomans completely broke. I mean broke bad. So incredibly disapointed. The small ottomans although cute and handy are not sturdy at all.

I have the MTH-80 Mighty Chef Knife with Dimples. It came extremely sharp out of the box and stays that way. I have only honed it lightly a few times with a borosilicate glass steel after smacking the cutting block with my poor style. This thing rocks. With my Chicago Cutlery knives the same abuse would put very slight dents in the edge barely visible as a glint of light under a bright light and I could feel the loss of sharpness after a few cuts. The edge on the MAC is so acute and fine that I didn't want to take a change and loose anything with a steel (which is not recommended) or even a 1200 grit ceramic steel (which is recommended) so I went with the borosilicate glass rod which is finer. It still cut fine and I didn't notice a difference but I could feel a slight change in the razor edge. The rod brought the edge back to new or better every time. This thing is tougher and holds an edge better then good non-stainless carbon steel knives I have used.

This knife is thinner, lighter, the steel is harder, it holds a edge better, and is more nimble then a comparable Western knife like a Wusthof or Henckel. Some may not like that. I do, although you don't want to use it like a clever and you probably could get away with that with Wusthof or Henckel. They both have their place but I like the MAC for my style of use.

Some have recommended the Forschners from Victorinox . I tried the paring set for $10 and the serrated parer or sandwich knife. They are sharp but not as sharp as the MAC's. Also, the Fibrox handle, at least on the paring knives, is so small it gets lost in my hand. I cut a hard crusty French bread with the serrated knife and the points were showing signs of blunting or rolling over. A little steeling brought that back but I don't think the Forchners are all they are cracked up to be. I would agree they are probably the best knives for the money (for example those 3 knives for $10). They are pretty amazing for the price but the MAC's are about the best cutting experience you can buy. You can pay more for something to look at but the MAC's seem to perform the best.

I am looking foward to getting the MAC PK-30 paring knife and the SB-105 bread knife to replace some of my other inferior knives. Those 3 (plus maybe a Santoku) are really all I need.

The MAC's are not real fancy with silver inlays or high polish or anything but it cuts like a razor and stays that way better then any of my other knives. The fit and finish is good too.

The steel is very similar to the Globals but I don't like the feel of the Globals and I think the handles on the Globals would get slippery when wet or greasy. Also, the MAC came very sharp out of the box. They say Globals are that way too but some I looked at in the store had a burr on the edge and need some attention before use.

To keep it sharp, I would recommend anyone with a knife like this, the Shun's or the Global's either get the MAC or Idahone ceramic steel or a Idahone 2 or 4 stick sharpener. Amazon has them listed a "not available" but you can get one at Sonoma Cutlery. These are easy to use and you get the correct angle just by holding the knife vertical and stroking. the 4 stick model also has a 15 and 20 degree angle for the sticks. I would use the 15 degree slots.

I don't usually come back and rate something I bought but I did a lot of research and after using the knife through Thanksgiving I have become passionate about it and MAC knives in general and want to share them with everyone else. They are kind of a secret and fairly hard to come buy. Also MAC's are not sold in sets and you may not even be able to build a set from one style of MAC (like Classic, Professional, Superior, etc). You may have to mix styles. This is apparently in Japanese tradition even though these are Japanese made western style knives. What you get with most Japanese western knives is Japanese steel and Japanese style sharpening and profile. To make a knife this thin work with such a fine edge you have to have harder steel then western manufactures generally use or the blade would quickly dull from use.

Mac Knife MTH-80 Review by David K. Spangler (Asheville, NC)

I am a professional cook, and I really love this knife. It's insanely sharp and has a great action to it- it's very nimble and fast. Like most Japanese knives it has a somewhat delicate edge and needs to be handled with some care- although it's a strong knife, you can't really treat it like a traditional European chef's knife. I used mine to the exclusion of all my other knives until I got the MAC santoku, which is even more of a joy to handle. These are just amazing knives, and I cannot imagine anyone not being very happy with one. I have owned and used many, many knives over the years and these are the best.

My wife and I have been using Henkels knives for some time, but were looking to switch to Japanese steel knives for the superior hardness and sharpness of the blades. We were very drawn to Kershaw Shun for both the beautiful look (who doesn't like Damascus steel?) and strong reputation and reviews. That kind of ended when we actually picked them up. The several Shun knives we tried were just too heavy and large-handled for me and particularly my wife's hands. We took a look at Global and liked the sharpness, but they seemed a bit too light for our tastes, as well as seeming like they might get slippery when wet with the metal handle. I'd read good things about MAC, but didn't have a local dealer. On a trip to Chicago, we finally got a chance to handle these and found the weight and balance to be perfect for our hands. We bought a few and have been overwhelmingly happy with them. While they may be fairly utilitarian in appearance, they're perfect workhorses in the kitchen. In addition to the perfect handles for medium to smaller hands, the thinner Japanese steel cuts through tougher vegetables (potatoes, carrots, etc) with less resistance than thicker blades. They hold their edge incredibly well with only occasional ceramic steeling. I have taken the time to put them across a couple Norton Arkansas stones and have been able to bring out a new degree of sharpness that has increased our satisfaction even further. Highly highly recommended.

Well made. Went together just fine and feels sturdy. Legs are chrome, unlike the pictured black, but that was good in my opinion. It is a carbon copy of the original Eames RAR. If you're not familiar with the original, you may be surprised at how small the chair is. It fits us just fine, but in comparison to modern day chairs it is small.

I bought this rocker to use in my nursery and love it. It is pretty small, so if you are tall it might not work for you. I am 5'0 and love that I can reach the floor and rock myself, my husband on the other hand is 6' and doesn't like it. I don't really use it to nurse, although I have a couple of times and it is okay, I just use it when the baby is a bit fussy.

I'm a guy and have done only basic cooking and even less with a slow cooker. So please take this into account.

I purchased this cooker even thought it had no reviews because most of the other cookers had such a wide variety of star ratings . . . I took a risk . . . and I'm not disappointing.

This slow cooker is all metal, except of course for the lid which is tempered glass and the pot which is ceramic or whatever they are made of. Even the handle on the top of the lid is metal as are the handles on the side of the cooker and seem very solid. None of this cheap plastic with a shiny silver coating stuff. The pot itself is obviously heavy and durable; and the handles on the pot are conveniently placed and formed making it very easy to lift out of the cooking container without burning yourself even when completely full.

The electronic controls are very easy to use with the typical warm, low, medium and high settings and a two hour automatic warm setting after the cooking cycle is finished, and a push of the timer setting button will increase the cook time for 30 minutes while in the cooking cycle. The LCD panel for the controls lights up when any of the buttons are pushed to make reading the settings easier and an icon of a cooking pot turns on once the slow cooker is actually cooking.

This slow cooker is very attractive and would compliment most any kitchen. The overall impression of the slow cooker is that it is of high quality and sound construction. I am looking forward to many years use of this slow cooker but if any problems crop up during the next several months I will edit this post to let ya'll know.

So far I have cooked a whole five pound chicken which cooked to perfection in eight hours on low, and a roast which also cooked to tender perfection in eight hours (even though it wasn't a high quality cut).

So in conclusion I would highly recommend this slow cooker on the basis of the limited use I have had with it cooking two meals.

I bought this slow cooker after owning several versions of the Rival crock pot. I had no complaints about the Rival, but I LOVE this Delonghi! Received it before this recent spell of winter storms to hit the Mid-Atlantic and it has been working ever since! The programmable aspect is easy to operate and the 2 hour warming after cooking is a great bonus feature as well! So far I have made soup, pot roast, a chicken dish and a batch of beans in preparation for the Super Bowl. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this slow cooker and worth every penny! Buy it, don't hesitate!

I love all the Wusthof knives we have. Before we got married, we had a functional set and a really crappy set from lord knows where. We had no idea just how good knives could be. We were blown away when we tried these for the first time. We had these since July and haven't had to sharpen them yet (I was sharpening my last set all the time). When were were looking into the steak knives, we really couldn't see the difference between the expensive version and the cheaper ones. We went on faith that the expensive ones really were better. We got them, and tried them on some filets. Huge difference from our old set. Then I went to visit my father and found he had the cheaper Wusthof steak knives. They too were better than the crappy ones we previously had, but there is a significant difference in quality and ability to cut between the two Wusthof choices. If you have the money, go for the more expensive set. You won't regret it.

This is pretty simple to use and it works fine. However, mine has holes that are oversized and allow the ceramic rods to wobble a bit and the sharpening angles are closer to 22 and 28 degrees. It still works fine, but this is a bit annoying. If your knife is truly dull, this will gadget will take forever to sharpen the blade. Instead, use the Accusharp sharpener to sharpen and use this to hone the blade to hair cutting sharp and keep them there.

The sharpener:

The sharpener contains four ceramic rods, a dark gray coarse pair and a white fine pair, which are stored conveniently in the wooden body (which is a nondescript, varnished hardwood of the type found in cheap folding furniture, for example.) In use, these rods would be inserted into two pairs of holes drilled into the wooden case. The holes serve to hold the rods at a particular angle, letting you create properly shaped, repeatable edges on your knives.


How to use it:

If you are starting with a dull blade, you start with the dark rods. You put them in the pair of holes that are spaced farther apart (as in the product photo.) Those holes are drilled at 20 degrees from vertical, which will create an edge that is very close to the proper shape, and make further sharpening go faster (I will explain that below.)

You hold the wooden body with a free hand down on a countertop or tabletop, then grip your knife in your other hand, edge down and pointing forward, and draw the knife edge against one of the rods downwards and backwards. You have to be careful to keep your other hand out of the path of the knife. You do a few strokes on one side, then switch to the other.

Since most knives have curved edges, you should ideally draw the handle up as you draw it back in a rocker motion, to keep the edge at a constant angle to the rods. With an 8" chef's knife, it wouldn't matter much, but with smaller knives with a deeper curve, it might be important, especially if you want the knife to be equally sharp from tip to heel.

After the edge has been shaped (if you have a magnifying glass, you can see when the "V" of the edge has flat sides that come to a point) and the knife doesn't seem to be getting sharper, you remove those gray rods and take out the white rods and insert them in the other pair of holes, and repeat the process. Those holes are closer and offset from each other, so that the two rods actually cross, so you can tell the two pairs of holes apart easily. Those holes are drilled at 25 degrees from vertical, i.e. the rods slant more. (That means the knife edge will form a 50 degree angle, which is a good compromise between sharpness and edge durability.) Because you formed the edge first with the coarse rods at 20 degrees, the white rods will contact the knife only at the exact edge, which is the only part that really matters. This allows sharpening to go faster.

This process is a little fussier. You do four strokes on a side for a while, then two strokes, then one, so you are alternating between one side and then the other. At those last stages you should use very little pressure. You will end up with a razor sharp knife.

After that, you should be able to go for quite a while with using only the white rods in the 25 degree holes to touch up the edge. Eventually though, you will have to start over with the gray rods in the 20 degree holes.


So what is good and bad about this sharpener?

The good:

- The sharpener reliably produces sharp edges with the correct angles. That 25 degree angle is difficult to achieve with any consistency using most other sharpening systems, but this one makes it easy.

- It is cheap. I have done a fair amount of research, and I believe this is probably the cheapest sharpening system that actually can produce edges at repeatable angles. There are other, more flexible systems (including one from Lansky) but they cost more. And there are cheaper systems (like a simple ceramic rod with a handle) that require you to eyeball the angle, which would almost certainly mean either a weak, inconsistent edge or lots of wasted effort, or both. Other systems offer only one set of rods, or only one angle.

- The entire thing packs into a self-contained, convenient package. The rods go into holes drilled lengthwise in the wooden body, and an attached endpiece rotates to cover both holes. When it is packed up, it forms a little wooden brick. It is actually a pretty clever design.


The bad:

- The entire thing is small, so there isn't much room to hold on to the body with your other hand. So it is relatively easy to cut yourself. Fancier and larger sharpeners of this type (like the Spyderco system) have some kind of hand guard. With this one you should take extra care to place all your fingers in a safe position. And you should proceed slowly, and in a well-lit area.

- The rods are only five inches long, and only 4 1/2 inches of is usable when the rods are mounted. That means there is little space to draw the knife downwards, and you end up using a mostly horizontal motion, drawing the knife back towards yourself. Otherwise you will end up slicing into the wood body or hitting the other rod. This means that sharpening goes relatively slowly. I have been experimenting with drawing the knife up instead of down, while drawing it back. It is an odd motion, but it seems to work well.

- The body is relatively slick and light, and has no rubber feet, so it can slide around on the countertop a little. So if you were particularly careful, you might want to set it on a piece of no-slide pad used under rugs (you can find similar stuff used as shelf liners or toolbox liners. It resembles a rubber-coated mesh.)

- (This is a quibble.) The wood and the finish are just adequate, nothing special. Since I like doing this kind of thing, I sanded off the varnish and finished the entire thing, including all the holes, with tung oil (mixed 30% with mineral spirits.) The holes on top are a slightly tight fit for the rods, so I had to make sure to remove any extra oil from the holes which might keep the rods from fitting. It took about 20 minutes from start to finish, and it is much nicer, and probably more durable.

- Lastly, like all sharpeners that use rods, it doesn't work well for super-hard steel like that found in some Japanese knives. The tiny contact point can actually make that steel fracture and chip. Those knives would do better with a large traditional whetstone, like a Japanese waterstone. (This sharpener also doesn't work with serrated knives, but most serrated knives, like those cheap flexible stainless steel knives, aren't intended to be sharpened anyway. The Spyderco system is one of the few that can handle serrated knives.)

This is proving to be a great vacuum cleaner for sucking up the cat hair we have all over the house. Our rugs look much cleaner than they did when we were using the old Panasonic vacuum cleaner. Great suction. In our cats' night-room, we have a queen bed that is covered with an old quilt. The Hoover pet hair tools clean the quilt in about 20% of the time we used to spend with a typical vacuum brush attachment.

I received this 3 days after ordering it from Amazon, in perfect condition. I put it together in about 5 minutes, and started using it right away. Here are my opinions:

PROS:
1. Extremely easy to put together!
2. Very light - I had a very nice Bissell bagless which had terrific suction but was quite heavy and plain nasty to clean out. So I have switched back to a bagged vacuum.
3. Maneuverable - Goes nearly everywhere.
4. Suction is awesome - living with 3 cats, there is loads of cat-hair to pick up as well as litter that inevitably goes everywhere in the house.
5. Nice, long cord.
6. Seems to have a good assortment of tools. I haven't used any yet so may update this review after trying them out.

CONS:
1. I don't like how the setup is done for winding the cord up. It is also where the vac hose goes on the back of the machine. I just wound up the cord & stuck it in the handle area & that seems to be fine. It's only going to be in a closet 'til I use it again & then of course the cord will be in use.
2. It didn't go as flat as I'd hoped it would so didn't go all the way under beds/desks. But that's not a huge drawback for me.

Overall I really, REALLY like this vacuum cleaner so far! I have recurrent metastatic cancer & often I'm on chemotherapy which makes me quite weak. I think this will be easy to use even when I am getting infusions. YAY can keep house & get treated!!!

I bought this vacuum last month after doing some home work. I was a little worried because of some negatve reviews on how light it is. I love this vacuum and it does an incredible job with removing the hair of two large long haired dogs.
I previously owned hoover vacuums and loved them. My last Hoover finally died after 15+ years and probably would have been fine if I hadn't tried to vacuum up pebbles from the kids shoes. I bought a bissel pet hair eraser thinking it might do better on pet hair. The hand tool stopped working after a month and the suction continued to get weak despite the constant filter cleaning. My carpet looked dingy and the nap would no longer pick up. Although the bissel still works, it will be retired to my office where the demands of a vacuum are not so tough.
After one use of the new hoover on my living room carpet, the nap picked back up, the dingy look (black dog) disappeared and it looked like my carpet was at least 2 shades lighter. The bag did fill up after one day but this is not something I would expect after regular use since the bissel didn't pick up much.
The rubber on the rollers does a great job of attracting the dog hair and lint. The suction in the hose is very powerful and I like how it locks into place so that it is not hanging in my way when not in use. The bags are easy to attch and release and the cord in a nice long length. This vacuum is a great value for the price!
UPDATE: After using this vacuum for a few months now I still love it! The light weight is easy to use on stairs and the suction is still as powerful as day one. The rubber on the attachments has made my sofas pet hair free. I don't get as much kick back on bare floors as I have with other vacuums. I'm thinking about purchasing another one to keep on a different floor since I have 3 floors and like to have quick, easy access if company comes over. Great purchase, well worth the money.

I am so glad I ordered these! I browsed a lot for some deals on patio furniture, I wasn't ready to spend a ton of money for something that's going to get wet and dirty. And I read reviews on wood furniture how much work they require if you get something nice, i.e. that cost a lot, or what junk you get if you don't!
I decided on metal but a lot of metal outdoor furniture looks like grandma's stuff with flowers or other over the top decorations that I dislike.
A lot of metal models also present that "mesh"- elastic fabric material- the one from "Zero gravity chairs"( that I hate- had very bad experience with one -broke after a month became a pile of junk!)
I came upon these Strathwood as I was getting ready to take a trip to IKEA as they have something similar. I am so glad I found these before taking the trip! These are excellent quality ( IKEA stuff looks cool but quality/ durability can be iffy!). They are sturdy but stylish. They are very comfortable for different body types, kids or adults of different sizes.
Modern, cool looks,great quality, don't need maintenance, came with free shipping at my door, didn't have to go pick them up anywhere?! They're a winner!

I had been looking for outdoor furniture for several weeks, but couldn't find anything in the price range I wanted anywhere online. I'm lucky, before I wasted my time traveling to retailers, I did one last search at Amazon, and these chairs (and matching table) came up. Wow. Exactly what I was looking for, aluminum frame and resin slats outdoor furniture. Even better, the next closest products I was looking at cost $200 per chair and $800 for a table. These chairs were 1/2 the price and the table was only $300.

Two chairs come in a box. They are fully assembled, all you have to do is remove the protective foam and film from each chair. (A great job for a teenage child.) The chairs fell very solid, heavy enough that they won't blow around, but light enough to easily move around. The "wood" slats feel smooth and require zero maintenance - a plus I appreciate after maintaining Teak for too many years.

The hardest job is breaking down the boxes, which were heavy enough to protect the contents very well. I ordered 6 chairs, they all arrived in perfect condition, as did the matching table which was also very well packaged.

These are attractive, and best of all, my wife loves them.

I'll be looking at the Strathwood products again in the future, as they offer excellent value. Thanks Amazon!

Very excited about these chairs. I bought 4 chairs and the separate table. These chairs and the table come fully assembled....needless to say HUGE boxes. The chairs are very comfortable. I have not gotten cushions yet and I don't feel that we need them. We have sat in them for several hours with guests and never got uncomfortable. They are modern looking and do not get overly hot in the sun. So far I have had them for a few months and they have held up well in the rain and humidity. Definitely happy with my purchase!
