I needed a longer cable, and I was looking for good quality without breaking the bank. I read lots of reviews about the super expensive cables that supposedly made a drastic improvement in the sound from the instrument, and I checked out the endless varieties of cables available from all the online music retailers who sell the high end cables as well as the el-cheapo ones. I wasn't familiar with Spectraflex, and you won't find their products on sale from your usual music retailers. So I checked out their website, and I was impressed with their offerings and the fact that their only business is making cables, and maybe also that they don't mass market. This cable is not their top of the line, but it works great (I think I can honestly say it sounds a little bit better than my other quality cable that is half its length). I would not hesitate to buy another Spectraflex cable. In my opinion they make an excellent product at a reasonable price.

I purchased this product recently, thinking that Stanton knew more than me when it came to cleaning one's stylus.

The directions borderline on hilarious. Basically, they tell you to use their .02 brush on your stylus when build up occurs. As an option, (note: an option!) you can sqeeze a drop of their magic fluid onto the .02 brush. The brush is "carefully engineered", while the fluid is "special....that's unsurpassed at removing waxy build up".

For my money it all seems to be one gigantic waste. If I owned the Sirius III turntable by Rockport Electronics at $75,000.00, I'd probably search the net up and down for something that's not BS like this. My turntable is a Stanton STR8-80 which I love! It plays everything except 16 R.P.M., a disc speed that in my 46 years I have yet to encounter.

My suggestion for budget concience audiophiles is gently use your finger to wipe off dust build up. It's probably sacrilege to yuppie audiophiles to do this, but I have yet to ruin a cartridge, and I have been using vinyl for 40+ years (that's right, since I was 6!).

A dirty stylus IS a problem. In the days of records, most people probably never considered the issue. It didn't really matter. Nowadays, hobbyists like myself are RECORDING their beloved songs to digital for posterity. I use 24/96 for most of my recordings. If I'm going to be recording at such a sensitive setting, listening to the same digital file over and over forever, I want the cleanest signal possible. I GruvGlide the record, let it dry, then clean my stylus and let it dry. This is provides the cleanest, slickest mechanical environment for the needle riding along a groove. There are a lot of short run designer specialty fluids out there, but this is made by Stanton for the masses. In this case, mass production equals value.

I have had no sagging (downward tilt) with the mount over the last year. It is more than adequate to support the TV. The only problem I had is I needed to go to the hardware store because the bolts that came with it did not work for me.

I've dropped my phone several times on various types of flooring and it hasn't shown any damage. The best part is that it keeps a light and slim profile so you can still slip it in your jean pocket and in small compartments in your handbag. The color isn't as flashy or vibrant as the picture but it is a pleasing color that looks better than plain old black. I really love the case. Plus it is really easy to get on and of for battery removal which really matters!

The color on this is wonderful! A VERY pretty purple! It fits the phone nicely while not adding much bulk. I like it much better with the case on because I can grip the phone better now. I also love how it slides together top to bottom instead of front to back. I had a front to back cover on my Blackberry storm and every time I dropped it the case break off! I feel that the design of this case should prevent that from happening, because let's face it, I WILL end up dropping this phone! :) Anyway, great cover, great color, great price!

So, after having this case a little over a year I wanted to update. I have dropped my phone countless times (I told you!), and this case has never even tried to come off. After a year, all the edges are worn and are no longer purple, but that is expected.The quality of the case is still just as perfect.

(These are going on my Denon AH-C751s) A quick note on the Denons: The silicon tips these come with are very thin- much thinner than those on Sony IEMs. And perhaps because of the weight of the Denon 751s (they're made of aluminum) I don't get a consistent seal every time. I replaced the tips with ones from Sony (MDR-EX51) and get a much better seal, but still only around 80% of the time and I have to occasionally push them back into my ears. I use these generally sitting still.

Onto the Comply tips- they WILL give you a good seal. Size for size, they're about the same as stock tips (I wear medium). But they will feel more like you have something stuffed into your ear at least for the first few minutes. I chose the TX model because I liked the idea of the wax guard for extra protection and thought that they could tone down the upper-midrange just a *tad* on the 751s. Well, I got a little bit more than what I asked for. I would guess that they took about 3-4 dB off the top end starting right around the midrange area. Between this roll off and the excellent seal which definitely gives me that consistent (and big) bottom end I was sort of hoping for, the sound is now pretty far out of ideal balance. Plus because of the loss of high frequencies, you lose a lot of soundstage info and fine detail. I would say that if you think your IEMs are way too bright these would be good. Otherwise get ready because these will change the sound of your IEMs significantly. I think I will forgo the wax guard and try the T-400s. I would imagine that they should be just what I need sonically.

I would've given this 4 stars because they do what they promise, except that their website claims that these are "virtually transparent acoustically (less than 2dB transmission loss)". It might just be my perception, but I honestly think that figure is a bit misleading.

Great ear-bud tip replacements, sound wonderful and quiet -- super quiet.

That said, you are probably better off ordering them from the Comply website than here. I ordered these and they didn't fit in my ears. They would go in fine at first but then after a few minutes the foam expanded and caused pain. Checked the Comply website and there is actually 3 sizes (small, medium, large). Amazon only sends out medium. Granted, the Comply website does say that medium fits most ears. A way to check would be to try the 3 sizes of silicone ear-bud tips that you got with your headphones. Whichever one fits the best should be what you order. Perhaps worth mentioning is that medium silicone ones didn't cause any problems for me, they just didn't fit as well as the smalls. But medium foam definitely caused major problems for myself.

All that said, if you are pretty sure that medium will work for you, by all means order from Amazon.

don't throw out your stock silicone eartips just yet. you may still need them.

whether or not comply foams of any model will fit well for you depends on the shape of your individual ear canals and the design of your iems/earphones. ignoring questions of fit then, i want to address an issue which i feel is more important to your music listening: comply foams actually degrade sound quality.

comply foam tips absorb high frequencies. for example, cymbal crashes will sound fainter and the trailing end of words sung/spoken will decay faster. there is also a well known trade-off in human sound perception between bass and treble. if we lower the treble, then the mind will perceive the bass as increased even if we make no changes to the level of bass itself. comply foams will thus make any set of iems/earphones sound darker and bassier by sacrificing some clarity and details on the high end of the spectrum. this shifting in sound signature toward the lower end can potentially be quite significant, and perhaps unpleasant, depending on your gear.

on the other hand, if you can get your comply foams to fit well, then there is no denying that the sound isolation will be improved. you will be able to enjoy music at lower volumes on noisy buses, for example. just be mindful that this benefit does come at a cost in sound quality so that you can make an informed choice between foams or silicone eartips. those silicone eartips don't sap the high frequencies like the foams do.

When installing the mount to my handlebars I noticed one of the fasteners holding the case to the mount was loose. I replaced it with a nut and bolt. Within two days of riding the other fastener broke. I am currently using zip ties to secure the case to the mount. After three weeks of using this item the zipper pull broke. Plus during a rainy day of riding this "water proof" case was damp inside.

I like almost everything about this holder except for one thing. The GPS is attached to the handlebar mount with a ball and nut device. The device isn't deep enough and the GPS can pop off the mount even if the nut is as tight as possible. This is a real problem. Ours would have hit the pavement at least 3 times now if it weren't for the power cord. So, I suggest that you never, never use this holder without plugging the cord into the GPS. If you don't have a cigarette lighter on your bike, just wrap the cord around the handle bars. Otherwise your GPS will end up on the road.

I ordered this even though it only says PC in the description, but figured I'd try my luck. Plugged it into my Mac and it worked right away. Someone else complained about a short USB. I didn't even try the one that came with it and instead used a long one I already had, and that worked fine too. Great price for a Dock that can work on a PC or Mac!

It works great. You can use 2 size hard drive. The only con is that doesn't have the safe remove hardware .

Other reviews focus on how cheap the plastic is but I disagree it has a nice firm heavy and solid feel to it. When not in use I would simply turn it off- this is probably not designed to run non-stop and it's Bette rot just use it when needed!!

The hinge for the stopper broke on the first day of use. It's a poorly designed, poorly constructed part. Looking at the reviews here, the manufacturer has to be aware of this problem.

So far, this is the best mug w/handle I've found. You have to make sure to press the sealer down firmly on the lid or it will dribble a bit. If you do so, it really is leakproof.

We have bought many of these over the years and been very happy, but our latest is 4 months old and the coating is 1/2 worn off. It looks like rather than anodizing them they are using a film now and it just wears off. it has never been in the dishwasher, just hand washed. I don't expect a $20 mug to look worn out after 4 months.

I wouldn't pay full listing price (~$100+) for this cable, but this is a pretty good deal on Amazon. This is only 4 feet long, which doesn't go too far, but it's actually perfect for me, just enough, and I don't have to worry about coiling extra cable.

Monster and AudioQuest and other HDMI cable makers are misleading consumers into unnecessary upgrades by labeling their step-up HDMI cables as 120 Hz, 240 Hz, 480 Hz or 600 Hz, the refresh rate found within many LED, LCD or (the 600 Hz subfield rate within) Plasma HDTVs.

These higher rate signals do not exist in any consumer type video signals sent from any source (cable box, media center, disc player etc.) to an HDTV. The signal is always upconverted inside the display. There are never any signals higher than a 60Hz rate going from a video source to an HDTV

That being said, I own and love these cables. They provide a stable connection and I see a visable difference in the picture quality. They were less than $10 more than the cheap cables I bought at Big Lots. I paid a lot of money for my TV. These cables are a worthwile investment.
