I used the mount for a 40 inch Sony TV. It was too heavy to install as a one piece unit (I disassembled it somewhat so I could attach the wall plate first). It performs as advertised; it swivals effortlessly.

I purchased this mount roughly a year ago and use it to mount a 4 year old 42" Sony XBR LCD TV. For 42", the TV is pretty heavy. I have had no sagging (downward tilt) with the mount over the last year. It is more than adequate to support the TV. The only problem I had is I needed to go to the hardware store because the bolts that came with it did not work for me.

mount will be used in camper trailer. very pleased with construction and kit included all needed hardware. spot owl contacted me about shipping and item arrived sooner than expected. people at spot owl very friendly and professional. would recommend both mount and spot owl without hesitation.
