I had a question regarding air-leak/noise and it took over 15 minutes on hold to talk to a live body and they were USELESS! They took my name and phone number and said a "technician" would call me back, but NO CALLBACK EVER received!

I sincerely hope I do NOT NEED them in the future.

This compressor worked for about 2 weeks, then started leaking and would not hold air. I went through the grueling process starting 2 weeks ago to get a refund, and still havent heard back from these people. I have called 5 times and have had to wait on hold at least 10 minutes each time. Worst customer service ever.

This really is between a 3.5 and 4 for stars. It works great but sometimes the motor forgets how to turn on and I can smell the wires or something buring. A 5 second unplug / plug back in and everything seems to work. I use this mostly for airbrushing but have also used it for different tasks around the house. It is light enough to be moved fairly easily but heavy duty enough for most of the tasks a home owner will need.

I would get this again if I needed another one for some reason as the cost was perfect. Very happy with the purchase just wish it worked every time (its like 99%).
