I ordered the rack based on reviews that I read on Livestrong.com, Bike Radar, and other bike rack websites. It had great reviews, and it is effortless to put your bike on this rack. The only issue that I had with this rack was that the holes on the reciever did not match up with the holes on the rack. I have a small car, so naturally the reciever is shorter to prevent it from sticking out past the bumper too far. My solution to the problem was to file a little bit off of the rack reciever, and it eventually lined up great! It is very heavy duty, and easy to use. Another nice feature is that the rack actually drops down while the bikes are loaded so that you can get access to your hatch or your trunk. It's a bit pricey, but the quality seems to be phenominal.

This is a great bike rack. I can load my bike in a matter of seconds. Plenty of room to still get into the trunk of my Civic and it easily folds upright when not carrying bikes. This rack is especially good for hauling carbon-frame bikes where you don't want to put pressure on a single point of the bike frame. Because it loads into a hitch receiver, there are no tie-down straps or rigging to mess with. The only shortcoming that I noticed was that the lock cable was a few inches short of being able to thread through two bicycles no matter how creative I got with how I threaded it through the frames/wheels. I bought a separate, longer cable and lock to deal with this situation. Your results may vary. To avoid having to buy a hitch receiver adapter, make sure that you buy the model that matches the size of your hitch. Overall, very pleased with this rack.

This rack is relatively easy to assemble. It's heavy, but one person can handle getting it off the car and back onto the garage wall, though two is better.
I like the fact that we don't have to add a piece to the frame of the girl's bike to attach it to the rack. My fear was that I wouldn't attach that piece on well enough and the bike would drop on to the road.
This rack allows the bikes to sit in a trough and the straps attach at the wheels to secure it.
