Provides a broad surface for ironing, which is great for trousers or jackets. Well made and sturdy without being too heavy to lift. The well in which to rest the iron is cleverly designed so that the iron is cradled without fear of tipping over (which is a big fear with kids around.). The area where iron rests does not get hot.

A little folding contraption allows you to hang clothes and hangers while ironing, which is most convenient. But it can get in the way of the iron cable moving smoothly.

Received product already assembled in box, very sturdy, I enjoy the sleeve shelf and the cotton cover is very thick

This is a great ironing board but the packaging was flimsy and it arrived with a piece broken. I am not a happy camper.
